Online: by using PayPal (a PayPal account is not required) Cachagua Volunteer Firefighters, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax deductible organization. A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Internal Revenue Service or from the Cachagua Volunteer Firefighters, Inc. office. 100% of each contribution is retained by Cachagua Volunteer Firefighters, Inc. Donations to the Cachagua Volunteer Firefighters, Inc. are used primarily to buy and maintain firefighting equipment. The Cachagua Volunteer Firefighters, Inc. does not pay salaries to officers or other personnel and is completely staffed by volunteers. *Contributions of gifts or gifts-in-kind are fully tax deductible as allowed by law. We provide tax receipts for all donations made to the Cachagua Volunteer Firefighters, Inc. For gifts of less than $250, a canceled check is sufficient for IRS requirements. For larger gifts, you can use the tax receipt that we issue to you as a confirmation of your tax-deductible contribution.
